Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Lynnwood, WA, seeks a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient clinic. The role offers 30–40 hours per week, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, with Monday–Friday availability and afternoon hours until 6:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, WA licensure, and pediatric experience. AAC and feeding experience are preferred as part of a collaborative pediatric team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• WA licensure as SLP required.
• Pediatric experience through clinical rotations or previous employment.
• AAC experience preferred.
• Feeding experience preferred.
• Monday–Friday availability with 2–3 days per week until 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess progress and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate needs and progress to treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
