Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy for communication, language, articulation, and feeding needs.

Collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team is essential to support meaningful developmental progress, with opportunities for supervision, mentorship, and clinical fellowship training.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active state licensure as an SLP required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language therapy to pediatric clients per individualized plans.
• Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations with appropriate tools.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress notes timely.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
