Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow to provide pediatric therapy under supervision. This role offers structured mentorship, professional development, and hands-on clinical experience while completing the Clinical Fellowship.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, adhere to ASHA guidelines, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation, with a competitive compensation package up to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status per ASHA.
• Eligible for state licensure as an SLP Intern/CF.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language therapy sessions.
• Implement treatment plans from supervising SLP.
• Collect and analyse client data to track progress.
• Prepare clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports.
• Participate in regular supervision and mentorship sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including BCBAs, OTs, educators, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding goals and progress.
• Adhere to ASHA guidelines, licensure requirements, and HIPAA.
