Proificio Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team. You will conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to support children with communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing needs.

You will collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary team members to deliver client-centered care and support meaningful developmental progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to pediatric clients according to individualized plans.
• Conduct evaluations and select appropriate assessment tools.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress notes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs and multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate families and caregivers to support carryover of therapy strategies.
• Participate in supervision and the Clinical Fellowship program.
