Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a full-time, on-site contract near Pulaski, Mississippi. The role focuses on pediatric caseloads in a supportive school setting and welcomes experienced clinicians and CFYs seeking valuable experience.

You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, develop IEPs with educators, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Mississippi State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC/CFY in progress or already held
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student support

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders to school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and necessary compliance paperwork
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and ongoing training sessions
• Offer guidance and education to teachers and families to support student progress across learning environments

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
