Qualifications

• New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Completion of a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Previous experience in autism and early childhood is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide group treatment to children with autism aged 2-3.
• Review physician referrals and children’s medical records, plan and perform treatment programs, and document goals and progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjust treatment to achieve maximum benefit.
• Work with related service providers to support individualized plans.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Engage in ongoing learning and development.
