Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team in Utah. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to support children with communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing needs.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care, monitor progress, and adjust plans to achieve meaningful developmental

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to pediatric clients.
• Conduct speech and swallowing evaluations using appropriate tools.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress notes.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs and multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate families and caregivers on carryover of strategies.
• Participate in supervision and mentorship under Clinical Fellowship program.
