Job summary

Believe Therapies LLC in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a child-led, one-on-one clinical setting. You will collaborate with families and clinicians to plan and implement evidence-based therapy for pediatric and adult clients.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as required in the state of Texas.
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Strong collaboration skills and motivation to work with people at all levels.
• Candidates must be willing and eager to work with adult and pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the highest quality of service through a caring, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor to all clients and families, utilizing evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and implement interventions.
• Educate and counsel parents and caregivers on home-carryover strategies to support the child’s communication skills outside of the clinical environment, as well as the importance of attendance to their scheduled therapy appointments.
• Conduct Initial Evaluations, Reevaluations, and Treatment sessions, providing required documentation within a timely manner.
