Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• 1–3 years of speech therapy experience; pediatrics preferred.
• Texas SLP license and CCC certification required.
• Must maintain required credentials and trainings for state regulations and CHCS policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel and conducts performance evaluations.
• Conducts and interprets assessments and/or evaluations in the field.
• Facilitates entry into ECI services for eligible children birth to 36 months.
• Assists in IFSP development using a routines-based family-centered process.
• Ensures clinical documentation meets Center standards and required timelines.
• Provides case-management to families and referrals as needed.
• Participates as a member of the ECI Interdisciplinary Team.
