Job summary

SunnyDays Therapy Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help children live life to the fullest by improving their language through play and engaging activities.

You will build positive relationships with children and families while applying creative, evidence-based approaches to care. The role involves screenings, evaluations, and individualized treatment plans, delivering 1:1 therapy, and collaborating with caregivers and physicians to meet each child's goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Minnesota licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or in process) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric Speech Therapy to infants, children and young adults to improve language skills.
• Screen and evaluate potential clients; prepare reports and share findings with families and physicians.
• Create individualized treatment plans with goals and diagnostic information for care.
• Provide 1:1 therapy using client-specific approaches and document progress.
• Collaborate with parents, physicians, and team to ensure cohesive care and plan of care.
