Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center Inc is looking for an ABA Therapist and other related positions committed to enhancing the lives of children through applied behavior analysis therapy. Candidates will work with dedicated pediatric therapists in a well-equipped facility to provide targeted treatment plans and progress monitoring.

We value training and development and encourage collaboration among our staff. This role requires experience with young children and knowledge of ABA methodologies, along with a Bachelor's Degree. Flexible hours are offered to accommodate family needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience; healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Travel required throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties.
• Willingness to accommodate physicians’ schedules, which may occasionally fall outside of standard office hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ABA program books and develop ongoing goals.
• Plan, develop, and monitor ABA cases.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
