Nisma Therapy Services in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatrics to join our warm, clinic- and telehealth-based team. You will evaluate and treat children from toddlers to teens, write goals, and coach families to carry progress into daily life.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate ($50–$55) with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and opportunities for professional mentorship and supporting team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Provide evaluation and treatment for speech, language, motor speech, fluency and social communication disorders in children and teens.
• Write individualized care plans with measurable goals and keep them current.
• Coach parents to support progress at home and ensure continuity of care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, motor speech, fluency and social communication disorders in children from toddlers to teens.
• Write individualized care plans with measurable goals, and keep them current
• Coach parents and caregivers so progress continues at home
• Choose in-person or telehealth sessions based on what each child needs
• Assess for AAC, set it up, and train families to use it
• Supervise SLPAs to Alaska requirements, and support students and aides
• Work with physicians, schools and payers, including documentation for authorizations
• Coordinate with OTs and client services team on shared clients
