Job summary

Solving Autism LLC in the Charlotte area is seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to oversee a pediatric caseload across our clinics. We value quality care and flexible scheduling, with the position available as full-time or part-time to fit the candidate’s preference.

Responsibilities include assessments at enrollment, coordinating with clinic leadership, and maintaining timely EMR notes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (NC Board).
• Extensive experience with Augmentative Communication Devices.
• Experience with pediatric populations including Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments at new learner enrollment and per payor requirements.
• Collaborate with Clinic Leadership for scheduling.
• Maintain consistent scheduling for weekly or bi-weekly appointments.
• Independently maintain EMR progress notes in a timely manner.
• Communicate progress with caregivers and ABA providers to promote continuity of care.
• Participate in site meetings to support team collaboration.
