Job summary

Solving Autism LLC seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to manage a pediatric caseload across our Charlotte-area clinics. The position offers either part-time or full-time schedules, with a focus on quality patient care and collaboration with leadership.

Candidates should hold NC licensure, ASHA credentials, and experience with Augmentative Communication, autism, and developmental delays. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from ASHA-accredited program.
• Licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist in NC.
• Experience with Augmentative Communication Devices.
• Experience with pediatric populations with Developmental Delays including Autism.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for new learners and as required by payor reauthorization.
• Collaborate with Clinic Leadership to schedule efficiently.
• Maintain scheduling for weekly or bi-weekly appointments.
• Document progress notes in EMR in a timely manner.
• Communicate learner progress with caregivers and ABA providers.
• Participate in site meetings to support wrap-around services.
