KidsCare Home Health in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in home settings. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver medically prescribed therapy and coach families to reinforce progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license and CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and conduct medically prescribed speech therapy for pediatric patients in a home setting.
• Direct caregivers in exercises to reinforce and enhance progress.
• Provide screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Consult with physicians on patient progress and maintain records.
• Maintain supplies and equipment required for therapy.
• Participate in QA/QI and continuing education activities.
• Maintain an adequate caseload and contribute to team goals.
