Job summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric home health team in the Menges Mills, PA 17362. In this role, you will provide individualized, evidence-based speech therapy services to patients in their homes while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania State SLP license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, fluency, articulation, and voice disorders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including speech therapy assistants, nurses, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
