Job summary

MOST/DFW is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to work in an interdisciplinary team for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role is in-clinic, treating at multiple ABA centers in the Fort Worth area, with a part-time 1099 start and potential full-time transition.

Requirements include Texas licensure as an SLP, at least two years of pediatric experience, and BLS/CPR certification; supervision opportunities are available within a flexible 3/2/5 day schedule.

Qualifications

• TX SLP license required.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric speech therapy experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and sensory processing preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-clinic speech therapy services at partner ABA locations for children 3–12 years old.
• Collaborate with co-treating therapists to reach client goals.
• Create and implement therapy programs to improve daily living skills and communication.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations; document results and formulate care plans.
• Track progress and maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality.
