Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, has completed CFY, passed Praxis, and has pediatric experience. Michigan license and ASHA CCC preferred; full-time daytime schedule at Royal Oak.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Praxis Examination.
• Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Minimum of one year of pediatric clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language and swallowing evaluations for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to children with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support care goals.
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and comply with reporting requirements.
• Participate in patient case reviews and contribute to ongoing care planning.
• Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to clinical fellows, as applicable.
