THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist with feeding experience to serve families in South Austin, Texas. This full-time, part-time, or PRN position is based in our Austin division.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients' needs for therapy.
2. Develop and implement relevant treatment plans in collaboration with physicians' orders.
3. Create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.
4. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
5. Complete required patient visits and documentation in a timely manner.
6. Maintain understanding of agency policies and deliver high-quality care.
7. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Reliable and innovative with a flexible approach.
• Proficient with workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years pediatric SLP experience.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties (VitalStim, etc.).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
