Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. in Joliet, IL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric clients from birth to 18 years old. You’ll develop and implement individualized treatment plans and focus on communication goals, including feeding therapy and AAC evaluations.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of therapists, receive mentorship, and work in a supportive, collaborative culture that values ongoing professional development and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year.
• SLP licensure or license eligible in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients from birth to age 18.
• Create client-specific goals focused on effective communication using verbal and non-verbal skills.
