Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech, language, communication, feeding and swallowing services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families under the IFSP.

The role emphasizes serving 0-3 children in the natural environment and adherence to the agency’s mission and key principles. TX licensure (CCC/CFY) is required; a valid TX driver’s license is also needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas (CCC or CFY; MHMR can supervise CFY)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Provide license and official documentation of all educational attainment (Transcript/Degree/Certificate)

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, communication, feeding and swallowing services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families as identified in the IFSP
• Ensure all 0-3 children are served timely and appropriately and in keeping with safeguards, rights and needs
• Serve within the mission and 7 key principles for early intervention in the natural environment
