Job summary

Texas licensure with CCC or CFY supervision is required, plus a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas (CCC or CFY; MHMR can supervise CFY).
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Must provide license and official documentation of all educational attainment (i.e. Transcript/Degree/Certificate).
