H2 Health Kids is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our outpatient team in Amarillo, TX. You will deliver individualized therapy to children with autism, speech delays, and other communication needs, working with families to support progress.

We value evidence-based, child-centered care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including Scribe AI-powered documentation and the Raintree EMR.

Qualifications

• For SLP candidates: Master's in SLP, Texas license or eligibility, CCC-SLP preferred or CFY eligible, CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• For SLPA candidates: Associate's or Bachelor's in SLPA, Texas SLPA license or eligibility, CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children with developmental and communication disorders.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans addressing speech, language, social communication, feeding, and oral-motor needs.
• Implement play-based interventions to promote communication growth and development.
• Collaborate with families to support carryover outside the clinic.
• Coordinate with occupational and physical therapists for comprehensive care.
• Utilize Scribe AI for documentation and the Raintree EMR for scheduling and patient management.
• Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload of about 10-12 visits per day.

H2 Health Kids is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our outpatient team. At H2 Health Kids, you'll work with children presenting with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, developmental delays, social communication challenges, articulation disorders, phonological disorders, and feeding or oral-motor difficulties. Our team focuses on evidence-based, child-centered care that helps children strengthen communication, language development, social interaction, and functional skills while partnering closely with families throughout the therapy journey.

Your Role

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children with developmental and communication disorders.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans that address speech, language, social communication, feeding, and oral-motor needs (SLP).
• Implement engaging, play-based interventions that promote communication growth and developmental progress.
• Partner with families and caregivers to support carryover and success outside the clinic.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day.

For Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Candidates:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred or CFY eligible.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs.
• Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care.

For Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Candidates:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Current Texas SLPA license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
