Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across the Hudson Valley, NY region. The role offers part-time or full-time potential, with compensation of $90-$100 per hour, depending on caseload, experience, and licensure.

The successful candidate will design and implement therapy, administer evaluations, and collaborate with BCBA and Special Educators, while managing AAC devices and ensuring compliant documentation. NYSED TSSLD/TSHH preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP with NYS license.
• NYSED TSSLD/TSHH certification preferred.
• Experience with autism preferred.
• Experience programming AAC devices.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individual and group therapeutic interventions.
• Administer and create speech and language evaluations.
• Collaborate with BCBA and Special Educators on language goals.
• Oversee AAC devices.
• Use behavior management strategies during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism with families and schools.
• Maintain attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedule.
• Collect data on IEP goals and report progress.
• Attend CSE meetings and annual reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
