Job Overview

Are you a passionate and energetic Speech Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Our small, supportive private practice in Torrance, CA is seeking a dedicated SLP to join our growing team!

This position offers opportunities for clinical growth in areas such as child language, motor speech disorders, myofunctional therapy, and feeding therapy, serving neurotypical and neurodivergent populations in the South Bay.

Professional Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to a pediatric caseload (ages 0–16)
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate and collaborate with families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs may be considered
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations and motor speech disorders
