Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Eligible for State of Tennessee licensure; CCC-SLP or CF eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations/assessments per standards and provider orders.
• Develop Plan of Care with measurable outcomes for the patient.
• Provide skilled speech, language and feeding therapy and education to patient/caregiver.
• Document services per department SOPs and handle billing/daily charges.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for optimal patient outcomes.
