Job summary

Hope Therapeutic Services in Nashville/Gallatin, TN is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to children in a clinic-based setting.

This part-time opportunity offers per diem options and can build to full-time; you will assess, develop IEP-goal oriented plans, collaborate with educators and families, and document progress in accordance with IDEA and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Tennessee licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Experience in clinic-based settings or pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate speech and language needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support development and classroom communication.
• Maintain documentation in line with IDEA and state regulations.
