Job summary

MeBe is seeking Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to empower children with speech, language, and communication disorders and support families. This part-time position offers work in clinic, in-home, and school settings, with telehealth options and a collaborative team.

You will deliver evidence-based, individualized treatment, build family rapport, educate parents, document progress in SOAP notes, and coordinate with other professionals while managing a caseload.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with ASHA CCCs and state licensure is required.
  • Experience of 1–3+ years as a clinician in early intervention.
  • Credentialed with TRICARE preferred.
  • Professional, outgoing, warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Timely, organized and dependable.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with outside professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group therapy in play-based settings (telehealth and in-person).
  • Build rapport with families and provide parent education to increase carryover.
  • Record objective data and reflect client progress in SOAP notes; complete evaluations/ reevaluations.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with MeBe employees and outside professionals; manage caseload.

Responsibilities and Duties of a MeBe Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group treatment to promote a variety of skills in a fun and naturalistic play setting, as well as parent education and implementation of therapy within telehealth and in-person settings

  • Build and gain rapport with family members, provide parent education to help increase therapy carryover

  • Record objective data to reflect client progress toward goals in daily SOAP notes, complete evaluations and reevaluations

  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors

  • Collaborate with MeBe employees and outside professionals

  • Management of a caseload

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with ASHA CCCs and State Licensure required

  • Experience of1-3+ years clinician experience in early intervention treating developmental delays/disabilities following completion of CCC

  • Credentialed with Tricare preferred

  • Professional, outgoing, warm and friendly demeanor

  • Timely, organized, dependable

  • Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate communication with outside professionals
