Family of Kidz is seeking a Speech Therapist Clinical Fellow (CFY) based in Hawthorne, NY. The position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30a–4:00p, focusing on design of therapeutic interventions and comprehensive evaluations for students with communication needs.

The role requires NYSED certification and experience with AAC devices; bilingual is a plus. The organization offers extensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• NYSED TSSLD certification required.
• Experience with autism preferred.
• Experience programming AAC devices.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement individual and group speech therapy interventions.
• Administer and create speech and language evaluations.
• Collaborate with BCBA and Special Educators on language goals.
• Oversee AAC devices and augmentative communication strategies.
• Maintain attendance and billing logs and data collection for IEP goals.
• Attend initial CSE meetings or annual reviews.
