Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking an experienced and dynamic Speech and Language Pathologist with OP feeding experience to join our innovative new pediatric feeding team. The SLP in this role will be working with our most fragile pediatric patients in partnership with our growing multidisciplinary Complex Care program.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in our Kennebunk clinic (with support from the MMC team) and will enjoy the challenge of building this exciting new service.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required.
• License/Certifications: State license and BLS; ASHA certification preferred.
• Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients, including OP feeding.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Complex Care program and MMC team.
• Work independently in the Kennebunk clinic with support as needed.

This position will report to our 4 Shape Dr. location in Kennebunk

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required or in compliance with the state practice act. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred. Positions in Home Care will require current valid Driver's License with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20to $104,353.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
