Morton Ranch Smiles Dentistry in Katy, TX seeks a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You will prep patients, assist with exams, and help maintain a clean, safe practice environment while collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across patient care, front office, and lab duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state regulations for certification/licensure as applicable.
• One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential patient records with discretion.
• Reliable transportation to travel between offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians by preparing patients and equipment for procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean operatory per guidelines.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by the clinician.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front desk to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Maintain inventory and prepare tray setups for procedures; restock as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold PPE standards; model company values.
