Job summary

Mass General Brigham's The General Hospital Corporation seeks a licensed clinical social worker to join a pediatric primary care clinic. You will provide short-term therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues, conducting psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans with the medical team.

The role requires an MSW and LICSW or LCSW path, with 0-3 years of clinical experience in medical settings. Onsite schedule is 40 hours weekly at 165 Cambridge Street.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required; LICSW or LCSW state license with clinical pediatrics experience.
• Clinical experience in a medical setting 0–1 years for I level and 2–3 years for II level.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments of patients and families with social or environmental issues.
• Formulate biopsychosocial assessments, dispositions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with professionals to evaluate medical conditions and needs.
• Monitor and document client progress toward measurable goals.
• Provide short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy in pediatrics (in-person and virtual).
• Screen patients and develop comprehensive assessments for BH treatment.
• Coordinate care and referrals within the primary care team.
