KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to deliver medically prescribed speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings. You will work under supervision to guide caregivers and reinforce treatment plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a supportive leadership team, opportunity for mentorship, and benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, and 401K.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree with emphasis in Communication Disorders and Sciences.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Driver license. Must have reliable transportation.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Communicate progress and goals with patient families.
• Refer patients and families to appropriate services as needed.
• Consult with supervisor on patient progress and maintain records.
• Participate in supervised visits as required by state licensure boards.
• Maintain supplies and equipment relevant to therapy.
