Qualifications

• Active SLPA license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy interventions under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
• Support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing needs.
• Assist in improving functional communication and independence.
• Educate and guide families on therapy carryover techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising SLP.
• Coordinate care with clinical team members.
• Document all therapy services in EMR.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
