Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding and developmental needs across Texas, including Odessa and surrounding areas.

The role involves evaluations, treatment planning, and progress monitoring, with flexible full-time or part-time options and a supportive clinician-owned culture. A competitive compensation package includes a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license in Texas is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
