Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support a small-district setting across Island City Elementary, La Grande High School and North Powder. You will provide 1:1 pediatric services under SLP supervision and help with assessments while collaborating with families and school staff.

In this role you will travel between school sites, maintain detailed records, and contribute to ongoing planning and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA license or eligibility to practice in Oregon
• Experience or strong interest in 1:1 pediatric work
• Familiarity with school-based service delivery models
• Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services in alignment with student IEPs under SLP supervision
• Participate in the assessment process by preparing materials and documenting progress
• Support and collaborate with special education teams, teachers and families
• Engage students in meaningful activities that improve speech, language and communication skills
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing evaluations and planning
