Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health in Greenville and Anderson, SC seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, feeding, and social communication disorders.

The role collaborates closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team, supports clinic-based services with potential in-home visits, and involves documentation such as progress

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in the area of speech-language pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) in good standing with ASHA preferred.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of HIPAA practices and ASHA code of ethics.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. and move between positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a pediatric caseload.
• Treat articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, feeding, and social communication disorders.
• Collaborate with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Work in clinic settings with potential in-home or community settings as needed.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
