Job summary

MTS Kids in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a passionate, multidisciplinary team providing speech, occupational, and ABA therapy to children. The brand-new clinic is designed with kids in mind.

You will conduct high-quality evaluations and individualized therapy for a wide range of developmental needs, collaborate with therapists and families, maintain accurate documentation, and provide caregiver education to support carryover at home.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina.
• Experience in pediatrics required.
• Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy services for children with developmental needs.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and families to support each child’s communication goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Provide caregiver education and strategies to support carryover at home.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
