Select Medical, operating Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy, seeks a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team in Lake Barrington, IL. You will evaluate and treat pediatric patients across developmental delays, autism, sensory and speech-language disorders with a 1:1 family-centered approach in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, quality outcomes, and coordinated care with other clinical services in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• ASHA certification in good standing with state licensure.
• Minimum 300 practicum hours completed.
• Active SLP licensure and ASHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services.
• Personalized Treatment: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs to maximize outcomes.
