Job summary

ProMedica in Toledo, OH is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist within the Physical Therapy department. The role focuses on developing and administering speech-language treatment programs to rehabilitate communication, swallowing and cognitive-linguistic disorders.

You will collaborate with patients, families and the care team to set a concrete plan of care and achievable goals. The position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, outpatient pediatric services, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current License as Speech-Language Pathologist in state of practice.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer speech-language treatment programs.
• Work with patient, family, and team to establish plan of care and goals.
• Evaluate patients and perform assessments during rehabilitation.
• Outpatient pediatric setting.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current License as Speech-Language Pathologist

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
