ProMedica is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient pediatrics to guide patients through a structured rehabilitation program and work toward optimal functional outcomes. The role requires collaboration with families to set goals and track progress, with opportunities to mentor OTAs, students and volunteers.

The position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates with a 2-year commitment and may require travel between ProMedica locations.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to travel between ProMedica locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Guide patients through a treatment program to restore, reinforce and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with patients to establish goals and track progress through rehabilitation.
• Provide oversight and mentoring for OTAs, students and volunteers; participate in program development and performance improvement projects.
• Maintain productivity standards as established by the department; travel between ProMedica locations as required.
