KLA Industries, Inc. in Yulee, FL is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric outpatient practice.

This full-time, W-2 role emphasizes compassionate, creative evaluation and treatment for children, with collaboration across a small interdisciplinary team. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and partner with families to support skills at home.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility to practice in Florida, including CF supervision requirements.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required for an otherwise strong fit.
• Warm, personable communication with children and families.
• Creative treatment ideas, flexibility, coachability and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to private-practice workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-informed treatment for pediatric speech, language and communication needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions and maintain timely documentation.
• Partner with caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.
• Coordinate with other therapy disciplines to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
