Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for our Conroe, TX clinic. You will deliver pediatric and adolescent SLP services in a clinic setting, with 30-minute direct sessions and opportunities to co-treat with supervisors and therapists.

On-site position with potential for part-time arrangements. Compensation includes per-session or salaried pay with uncapped biweekly bonus potential, plus standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders required or preferred.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Active Texas state licensure to practice in speech-language pathology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments/evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adolescent patients with ASD.
• Provide 1:1 SLP services in 30-minute sessions.
• Co-treat with SLP supervisor, BCBA, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Regularly consult with parents/caregivers about progress and treatment.
