Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Conroe clinic, providing high-quality pediatric speech-language services in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, creating individualized treatment plans for ASD, and delivering 30-minute 1:1 sessions. Opportunities to co-treat with supervisors and other therapists, plus regular family consultations, are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board is required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations.
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with ASD.
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions.
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress.
