Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Maryland SLP licensure required.
• CCC-SLP certification and Clinical Fellowship Year completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, literacy, cognitive-communication, oral motor, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized intervention plans aligned with patient and family goals.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in team conferences, professional development, and training.
• Maintain clinical documentation and case-management per standards.
• Contribute to clinical, educational, research, and advocacy goals of the department.
