Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group in Yulee, FL is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric outpatient setting. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy with children birth through age 21, primarily ages 2–8, delivering evidence-informed treatment in a collaborative clinic.

You'll evaluate, develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and work with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility to practice in Florida, including CF supervision requirements.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but strong fit considered.
• Warm, personable communication with children and families.
• Creative treatment ideas, flexibility, coachability and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-informed treatment for pediatric speech and language needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions and maintain timely documentation.
• Partner with caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.
• Coordinate with other therapy disciplines to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
