Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification; CFs encouraged to apply.

• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families, extending strategies beyond sessions.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to enhance leadership and field development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and engage in cross-discipline consultations.
• Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program for leadership growth.
