Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time school contract in Hickory, NC. The role involves evaluating students, developing and monitoring IEP goals, and delivering SLP services within a collaborative educational team.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and an active NC license (or eligibility). CCC-SLP preferred. Experience in pediatric or school settings is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active North Carolina SLP License (or eligibility).
• NC DPI certification or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing where applicable.
• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations.
• Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to maximize student outcomes.
