Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and direct treatment.
• Train families and caregivers to reinforce therapy at home.
• Coordinate with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain patient progress notes and records.
• Attend relevant educational activities and maintain caseload productivity.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor students/new hires.
