Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas (Texas licensure required).
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals and home programs.
• Maintain timely documentation of sessions and progress in EMR.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge planning.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy.
